I haven’t committed to any Apple predictions in the past, but here’s what I’ll bet for tomorrow’s announcement:

1.  SDK will be part of Mac-only XCode, available in beta tomorrow for download. Must be a free ADC member.

2. All apps require a digital signature to run, tied to the ADC membership

3. Any app can be installed on an iPod/iPhone (I’m actually thinking this is even odds, but I want this to be the case, so I’m making it part of my prediction)

4. Apps can be sold through the iTunes store, after a vetting process by Apple. This might require a paid ADC subscription.

5. Prices for apps will probably be at fixed values: $4.99 for simple widgets/games, $9.99, and $19.99. Okay, perhaps at different price points, but I think it will be kept simple. There might be a some for free too, but I doubt it.

I’ll see what my grade is tomorrow.
